An unexpected room upgrade surprise

Our stay began with a delightful room upgrade that promised a cozy atmosphere. The nearby Pho restaurant was a pleasant discovery, enhancing our culinary adventure in the city.

However, the front desk staff’s assertiveness caught us off guard, especially after a long day of travel. It felt more transactional than welcoming, which dampened the experience.

I loved how close the hotel was to the National Automobile Museum and the beautiful Reno Riverwalk District, making my city strolls super enjoyable. The room had a lovely view over Reno which made me feel more relaxed after my walks, although the check-in process could use some improvement.

The check-in clerk was super friendly and even offered me a complimentary drink upon arrival. The pool area and spa services were awesome for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was that the AC didn't quite warm up the room, but overall, I felt very comfortable during my stay. 🌟

the suites were in a great location, just a short walk downtown. my room was nice with a comfy bed, a good TV, and chairs to relax in. the bathroom was clean, and I loved the view of the city from my window! definitely made my stay more enjoyable.
