I recently stayed for a weekend getaway, and my experience was fantastic. The check-in was quick and the staff friendly, making us feel welcomed right away. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered amazing views of the city and mountains. The convenient location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. With no resort fees, affordable rates, and comfortable beds, this place exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place was clean with a really kind and helpful staff. A seating area, netflix, and a stereo system were available in our suite. The location was excellent and favourable, so close to an automobile museum.

Loved our 4 nights here. Location: the hotel was right by nice museums and restaurants. We had lunch in Little Nugget Diner, placed close by. The property of choice in Reno.

An unexpected room upgrade surprise
Our stay began with a good room upgrade that promised a cozy atmosphere. The nearby Pho restaurant was a pleasant discovery.
The front desk staff's assertiveness caught us off guard, especially after a long day of travel. It felt more transactional than cute, which dampened the experience.

The check-in clerk was super friendly and even offered me a complimentary drink upon arrival. The pool area and spa services were awesome for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was that the AC didn't quite warm up the room, but overall, I felt very comfortable during my stay. 🌟
